Another expansion of Oakley village into the countryside. Here is a record of the house types, descriptions and prices as listed on the Miller Homes website in August/November 2023. I was surprised that the first show home was The Wittering, a bungalow, when the majority of plots were for houses. When I revisited the website in February 2024 quite a few of the listed prices had been adjusted, mostly down!
