A war memorial stained glass window of c.1920 in 'arts and crafts' style, depicting Saints Michael (the Archangel) and George, noted dragon slayers of legend.
Church of St Thomas, Batley

An Anglican parish church, one of four in the benefice of Batley. Built in 1868 Early English style to the designs of Walter Hanstock, it is grade II listed (list entry 1134644). Late 20th / early 21st century alterations included, in 2005, removal of the pews and creation of prayer room, internal porch, kitchen and toilet facilities.
