The light blues of Cambridge 'Goldie' almost a length ahead of Oxford 'Isis' at this point, in the men's reserve race, approaching Hammersmith Bridge. With the benefit of the Surrey bend, 'Goldie' pulled ahead to win by 4 lengths.
