taken 1 year ago, near to Little Malvern, Worcestershire, England

People walking on Hangman's Hill
People walking on Hangman's Hill
People walking on Hangman's Hill. The Shire Ditch is very apparent here. a defensive earthwork running along the top of the Malvern Hills. Traditionally the earthwork is thought to date from the late 13th century and was the boundary between the land of the Red Earl, Gilbert de Clare, and Thomas de Cantilupe, Bishop of Hereford, however it is now thought it may be earlier.
