Built entirely on reclaimed land, the Asda store is one of several retail outlets within Brighton Marina.

Brighton Marina is a large, man-made marina. The construction of the marina itself took place between 1971 and 1979, although developments within it have continued ever since. The marina covers an area of approximately 127 acres.

Asda

Asda Stores Limited was founded as Associated Dairies & Farm Stores Limited in Leeds in 1949. Asda was acquired by Wal-Mart in 2000, and since 2003 it has been the second largest supermarket group in the UK, after Tesco.
