Hussey's Almshouses
Almshouses in Castle Street rebuilt in 1874-5 by John Harding. The original foundation was in 1794, by a William Hussey who donated 15 houses on this site, ten of which were to be provided for the aged and infirm, preferably married couples, with the cost of maintenance met by rental income from the remaining five.
