#17 of 61 big bear sculptures, this one was decorated by PAPERFACE and is located in Cheney Row.
PAPERFACE's Bear is a celebration of some of the great things about Sheffield, brought together to create one giant skyline. The design of the Bear reveals hidden stories about Sheffield, some well known and others that are perhaps are less well known.
From the first Brit in space, Helen Sharman, floating out of a spray paint can, to the giant stack of iconic Liquorice Allsorts, viewers can walk around the Bear and spot different aspects of Sheffield from every angle.

Bears of Sheffield
Bears of Sheffield is a public arts exhibition celebrating Sheffield and its surrounding area. Coordinated by The Children's Hospital Charity, the trail brings together businesses, communities, artists and schools whilst supporting Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The Bears have been brought to life by artists of all ages, both professional and amateur, and they arrived in the city in July 2021.
The Bears of Sheffield showcases 60 large and 100 little bear sculptures in both indoor and outdoor locations.
The bears are raising funds through sponsorship and donations to help transform the Cancer and Leukaemia ward at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
