No Cycling? No kidding!

See SE2037 : Old footpath at Thornhill Street for more detail of the No Cycling sign and the footpath itself. But even without the barriers, it looks as if it would be very tricky to negotiate this very narrow ginnel on a bike. Cycling round by the main road would be quicker than walking it.
