The nature trail continues along the foot of the trees.

A nice path, starting at the Bennybeg Garden Centre, that goes round a large arable field, taking in Bennybeg Craig, a quartz-dolerite dyke, which sticks out of the surrounding sandstone and makes a fine cliff for rock climbers. The path continues round to Bennybeg Pond by fieldside and open woodland, past a platform allowing a good view of the pond and its wildlife, before returning to the start. It is suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
