Junior Ranks' Club, Gordon Barracks
The most impressive building on the site, with Scottish Baronial touches and located to the east of the main parade ground; B-listed: LinkExternal link . The Gordon Barracks complex was built 1932-35 in finest Aberdeen granite to house the Gordon Highlanders, who moved from the Castlegate in the city centre. The Gordons moved out in the 1990s and the complex is now used by the Territorial Army with parts leased to commercial tenants. Photo taken on an open day with permission.
