Dark green trailer and a speed bump in a layby near Llanvetherine

The layby is set back from a bend in the B4521 Old Ross Road in rural north Monmouthshire. The trailer was manufactured by A W Engineering based in Madley Industrial Estate, Herefordshire. For a reason not obvious to this observer, a steep speed bump, much more severe than the bumps across roads in this area, is across the layby behind the trailer.
