The Lodge at George III Hotel, Penmaenpool
The Lodge is an annexe to the main hotel. The building was originally the station master's house, ticket office and waiting room of Penmaenpool railway station on the Ruabon to Barmouth line. The line was closed in the 1960s . The building was acquired by the adjacent hotel in 1977 and extended for use as guest accommodation. The single storey part on the right was not part of the original building.
