1935 Vauxhall 12hp Light Six Saloon JSL 293

This was one of the vehicles on show at the classic car rally held recently at Ewen Fields in aid of SSAFA Link a charity that provides practical support and assistance to servicemen and women, veterans and their families.

The car has a six cylinder OHV Chevrolet type engine that encompassed many modern features for its day such as a heater pump, thermostat and automatic ignition advance and retard control. It was restored between 1999 and 2002.
