Shirtsleeves and no jackets suggest these boys are from Warwick School, a burgeoning independent school on Myton Road, rather than Myton School, a former local authority secondary school. The time is before 10:30 in early June – had they sat an exam? Were they going home on study leave?
The shared path is a safe route to and from schools on both sides of the River Avon. It is also part of National Cycle Network route 41.
