Another cast iron structure, this clock was donated to the town by Councillor Kenrick in 1912. The inscription reads 'Councillor J Archibald Kenrick was Mayor November 1912 and presented this clock to the Borough'. It is another Grade II listed structure, being listed on 29th September 1987 (British Listed Buildings). It still seems to keep time but does suffer from the attentions of flocks of pigeons which seem to pay all their attention to the pediment and completely ignore the nearby Farley fountain. Time photo taken 3.32 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
