Fire Queen Shed, Llanberis
Fire Queen Shed, Llanberis
Now part of the Slate Museum site, the building is the former Padarn Railway engine shed, which for many years housed Fire Queen, a preserved 1848 locomotive from that railway. Fire Queen was removed in 1969 when the quarry closed and is now displayed at Penrhyn Castle Railway Museum.
