St Catherine's Place is a post-war shopping development of the Bedminster area. It has had a mixed history, with today seeing this part of the arcade now running down. The far building is a charity shop (previously it was a Sainsbury's) and the high-rise block once held a D.H.S.S. office. Plans are being proposed to redevelop it again.
