NX2866 : A sad end

An icy ungritted road, a corner site and a driver going too fast for the conditions led to the demise of this local landmark. It is so badly damaged that it will probably never be repaired and will most likely be demolished. Update, NX2866 : Minor Road to the A75 shows that by the end of 2017 it was gone. A picture of happier times before the damage can be seen at NX2866 : Phone Home in 2011.
