Emmanuel College North Court

The court was designed by Leonard Stokes and completed in 1914, linked to the main buildings of the college by a TL4558 : Tunnel under Emmanuel Street, Emmanuel College. Pevsner comments on the "happy mixing of ... motifs ... of remote Tudor Gothic or Georgian derivation ... for example ... the curved, scrolly open pediments of the dormer windows."
