Belfast City Hall :: J3373
Belfast City Hall was built in 1896/1906, by H&J Martin Link
to a design by Brumwell Thomas. It replaced the White Linen Hall (1785-1896) Link
(“white” refers to the colour of the linen rather than the building) on the same site in the middle of Donegall Square. Apart from its architectural merits and being the seat of the City Council it tends to be the place from where directions are given.
