M41 Walker Bulldog tank
This is the rear view of an American M41 Walker Bulldog, a light tank which was developed to replace the M24 Chaffee. It is named after Lt General Walton Harris Walker, the first commander of the Eighth United States Army in Korea at the beginning of the Korean War. He died in an accident while driving in his jeep on 23 December 1950. The tank can be seen on display at the Norfolk Tank Museum.
The Norfolk Tank Museum

The Norfolk Tank Museum is a small independent museum displaying Cold War military vehicles, weaponry and tanks, situated at Bridge Farm in Station Road, Forncett St Peter, about three kilometres west of Long Stratton. Visitors can climb aboard and explore a range of vehicles parked on the site as well as sit in a Saladin armoured scout car or a Chieftain battle tank and even go for a ride in a tracked or wheeled military vehicle on the museum's off-road track.

The museum is adjoined by Bridge Farm caravan site and well worth a visit. For more information go to: LinkExternal link
