TQ3977 : A not-quite-red bus

taken 10 years ago, near to Blackheath, Lewisham, England

A not-quite-red bus
A not-quite-red bus
The Selkent (Stagecoach) buses that operate route 380 are normally in the standard all-red livery used by most London bus operators. This one stood out for being red-and-white. Explanations from bus enthusiasts welcome!

The location is at the southern end of Maze Hill with the newly-restored Blackheath war memorial in the background.
