The church was in the course of having its windows replaced. Compare the older opaque glass in the south side windows TQ1774 : St Mary Magdalene church - north aisle with this new clear glass.
Church of St Mary Magdalene, Richmond upon Thames

The civic parish church (Anglican) of Richmond-upon-Thames. It dates principally from 1750, although parts of the tower are earlier, and the east end (chancel, organ and chapel) date from 1904. It is surrounded by a small burial ground. The building is grade 2* listed (list entry number 1180602).
