Cove Cottage, The Square, Pentewan
Cove Cottage was completely dismantled then re-built to enable The Environment Agency to carry-out flood relief work. A stream flowing down the valley behind is channelled under the cottage on its way into the harbour. The stream has been the cause of extensive floods in the village over recent years.
You can see the stone work on the cottage is cleaner than its neighbours.
