Chelsea Harbour is a modern mixed development in Hammersmith and Fulham. It is situated in the Sands End area, along Chelsea Creek, the historic northeastern boundary of Hammersmith and Fulham with the southwestern boundary of Kensington and Chelsea, opposite the site of the old Lots Road Power Station in Chelsea.
