There is access to the beach here but the old route has been eroded away and a new unofficial one has been made. Official signs warn against the route whilst unofficial signs give evidence of what to expect when on the beach.

Fairlight Glen is a remote beauty spot east of Hastings. It is well known for the gorse on the Fire Hills above.
