Latham Road is a very quiet road leading off the busy Trumpington Road. It is a dead end and reaches River Farm at the far end. As the road is narrow and the houses are large with driveways, there is an absence of parked cars.

When it first opened the golf course had three lakes dotted about the ground. The one next to the 1st fairway has now been drained. This view shows the largest of the ponds which is in the middle of the course.
