Cattle surround a feeder on a frozen meadow beside the footpath to Earsham village. The trees and bushes on the left follow the course of a drainage channel.

This ford has fallen into disrepair. The footbridge is completely overgrown and covered by a fallen tree.

These old huts are in a field between the track/footpath and the River Waveney.

The slightly sprawling early 19th Century house is grade-II listed: Link .

Joseph Windham was an antiquarian and FRS (Link ). The arms show Windham (Azure a chevron between three lions heads erased or) impaling de Grey (Barry of six argent and azure, in chief three annulets gules).
