Looking more or less in to the sun not good. This Viaduct carries the main line into Cornwall across Forder Lake.

Forder Lake near Saltash.

A sloping field in the centre of the reserve, allowing access to the valley above Marsh Combe.

This tunnel takes the footpath under the old line of the London to Penzance Railway. At the end of the tunnel you can see the stone steps which lead you up to the fields beyond.

A 12th century shell keep, rather similar to Restormel Castle, it was built by Reginald de Valle Torte, reputedly on the site of a Roman fort. The castle is not open to the public. Seen from a train on the Plymouth-Truro line, near Forder... (more)

Moored beneath point field, and within the Lyhner Estuary. She is used as a floating classroom by HMS Jupiter, located on the south shore of the estuary (out of frame to the left).

Closer view of Antony Passage harbour seen in SX4157 : Antony Passage quay. This private harbour has recently been rebuilt.

Above Forder viaduct can be seen Trematon Castle. A Penzance bound train heads over the viaduct.
