Mysterious vaults at Snow Hill
See SE0317 : Mysterious structure on Snow Hill for a close view of one of the vaults, and more comments. My guess is that this is the end of a larger structure that might have been an ice-house, but that does not explain the three rectangular apertures at the base of each vault.
