Geograph - photograph every grid square

Angel Hill war memorial used to have bronze plaques on each side until they were stolen for scrap many years ago now, how could they!!! they must be devoid of shame. when i was a kid in the 70's we used to roll down angel hill and in the winter sled down it in the snow. does anyone remember the peacocks at the car park and the boating lake? happy days cant believe we used to go all the way around boggart hole clough at five or six years old unsupervised, now your kids arn't allowed out of the front door without a shapperone!!!. no wonder teenagers have no respect for adults look at what we have left them. lrwguitar june 2015
