The Obley Lane
View eastwards as the lane reaches its high point. This area is a maze of single-track lanes for miles around with passing places at a premium. It was fun meeting the cement mix lorry just around the corner.

Black Hill
A Forestry Commission plantation, I visited it earlier in the year when it was deep in snow - a bit different from today.

Obley chapel house
The chapel has now become a private residence, but the charm of the simple building and its location is undiminished.

From the Obley lane looking north-west across the sheep pasture to the wooded Black Hill.
