View south west along a track from Barfad that leads past Killymuck Hill centre horizon and onwards to Shennock Forest. My walking partner for the day Robin Cope, looks over to Barfad Loch and admires the view.

Cattle feeders near Barfad
At this time of year, and especially after such a wet winter, cattle feeders are usually surrounded by liquid mud.
In the distance are the snow covered Minnigaff Hills.

The first obstacle on a walk along the track from Barfad to Shennock Forest, easy peasy. Left of picture is Killymuck Hill around which the track winds.
