Chalamain Gap heading NE and back towards my car after climbing Braeriach. The boulder-strewn ravine is used as a route between the Lairig Ghru and Glen More. The name "Chalamain Gap" has been applied relatively recently to this ravine.

The Chalamain Gap
The Chalamain Gap is a narrow slot between mountain peaks which gives convenient access from Glen More and the Cairn Gorm car parks to the Lairig Ghru and the mountains on its west side. The walker in the image is making the return trip.
