Discussion on SE2434

Unfortunately Craven Mills has outline planning permission for a new housing estate and the same is being sought for the adjacent, single-storey Springfield Mills, after a full planning application was refused. Multi-storey, single-storey and chimney together is becoming very rare, so these buildings would in my opinion be a sad loss.
