Tiddley Wink: Wiltshire

This strangely named village (reminding me of the game), of which almost all is visible in the photograph, is in the north western section of the square. There is a name-board at the beginning of the village, but it is not marked on the OS Map.

2010 : Passing Fir Tree Farm
Fir Tree Farm is to the right, unseen to the left is Sparrow Farm.
Ivy House and the A420 are a few hundred yards along the lane straight on.

2010 : Between Fir Tree Farm and Sparrow Farm
The lane runs north east from the A420 at Ivy House and on to Kington St.Michael. Once formed part of the unofficial northern bypass around Chippenham (no HGVs).

2010 : Crossroads on the B4039
The B4039 goes to Tiddleywink and Yatton Keynell to the left and the A420 and Chippenham to the right.
The road we are on comes from Ivy House on the A420 and continues to Kington St.Michael.

The A420 is about half a mile ahead where the B4039 comes to an end.
