It is difficult to follow the original route of the path which is overgrown where it enters the woodland. There is an alternative very steep route avoiding the trees.

Former Powerstock Station

This is the station platform which remains in excellent condition. The station was built for the opening of the line in 1857. It has been a private residence since the 1960s, although the line did not cease operation until 1975.
