Incorporated into a field boundary wall, but far larger than all others. Could this be a re-used standing stone? In the distance, between the two hills, one can see Eilean Glas.

The OS map doesn't show this as a standing stone, but given the number of archaeological remains all around this area, it may have escaped their notice. Or is it just an old gate post?

High tide at the sea loch. Duntrune Castle is just visible on the distant promontory.

A small rise in sea level will return this to its earlier state as mudflats and island.

The island of Eilean Glas can be seen between these two small hills, with Scarba peeking over its shoulder.

These trees line the edge of the road to Crinan Ferry, but are very exposed from the west.
