The second book this year to make me bawl my eyes out (the first was Code Name Verity, by Elizabeth Wein). I've never seen such a taboo topic like sibling incest handled in such a poignant and heartwrenching way. It's a testament to Ms. Suzuma's skill that I found myself desperately wishing for Maya and Lochan to be together. Simply amazing.

I couldn't put it better myself. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who cried. Hopefully you weren't in a public place like I was (on the elliptal machine at the gym). :s

I read it because of your indication. And, I loved it! My heart is bleeding, I need oxygen and I'll never forget this book. Is so unfair that they can't be together, that this is the end. I'm always catching myself dreaming with a happy ending... <3
This book broke my heart. I literally cannot even this was one of the most devastating books I have read in my entire life. It is heartbreakingly, disastrously, beautiful. It felt honest and real and I will never forget it. Please excuse me while I go drown in my tears.
You took the words out of my mouth, I was in tears at the end.
