it was amazing

Four and a half stars...

Yay! A new series by Rayne featuring wolves. Overall it was a good book. I really liked Kelly and Draven. They fit well together. There were some obstacles that needed to be tackled, such as power hungry she-wolves (I so wish Kelly had been able to really put the smackdown on them), a couple of stalkers for Kelly, and a sad past for Draven and those in the pack clinging to the old alpha's ways. I wish there had been more shift time. In a shifter book, I like it when they shift more often and I think it happened maybe twice other than sprouting if fur and extended canines. All in all it was a good book and I'm looking forward to the next in the series. There are definitely questions I need answered, such as why is Cooper's wolf damaged and will Moose finally get his mate?

However, on another note, the book needs a few beta readers or an editor to smooth out some issues. There were spelling and grammatical errors that in at least two places threw me out of the story where I had to reread and guess at what should have been said. There were also punctuation errors, such as missing quotations, commas, or even periods in some cases.
