it was amazing

i. loved. this. book.

The way I loved every single word in this book. My heart can't take this.

I don't even know where to start to talk about it because it was one of the best readings of this year. It immediately took me from the first chapters, dragging me into Violet's mind.
A girl insecure of her abilities because she always compared herself to her siblings.  Needless to tell you that the strength she displays throughout the book must be admired. I'm proud of her and her growth.

Xaden is a character you can't help but love, he's so deep and true in his own way, his suffering is palpable through Violet's eyes and I hope to have pov's of him in the future books. I LOVE HIM. TOO MUCH.
He always believed in Violet and never treated her as a little powerless girl, like someone else who doesn't deserve my words.

Violet and Xaden altered my brain chemistry.
I DON'T KNOW HOW I WILL WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER.
Theirs is a relationship that is born out of attraction but which slowly evolves into something more intimate, more emotional and SO FREAKING BEAUTIFUL.
The scene where Violet takes care of Xaden in his time of need grabbed my heart.
The lust, the longing, THE TENSION. Can't wait to have more of them.
I already know that I will spend the next few days reading their moments until I'll have them perfectly memorized in my brain. I'm simply addicted.

The dragons?? God they were perfect, they have their own voice which is something i loved. I really appreciated that they weren't just a background presence but the protagonists of a story that will surely be expanded in the next volumes. Tairn was hilarious, definitely my fav. I need to protect Andarna and actually i hope to know more Sgaeyl.
This book has only revived my obsession with dragons and the loyal relationship they have with their riders.

Small space for Liam.
I loved his character even though we get to know him towards the second half of the book, he's that person that's really easy to love. A true friend to Violet. They deserved to have their friendship.

Fourth Wing is Rebecca's first fantasy. I have to admit that she did a wonderful job, she simply knew which elements to take, make them her own and make us love them.
