This book was an insightful look into fairy tales and the truths that are sometimes learned best when experienced in story form. However, the author emphasized being good and learning virtue while often leaving out the transforming work of the Gospel. Many fairy tales DO communicate the Gospel, but even those aren’t necessarily going to cause the reader to suddenly have an increase in moral behavior. Ultimately, this book gave me several stories to add to my tbr list.
