good book, but not that interesting

I would buy any book illustrated by eMTe, I think. Such gorgeous work!
The poems are fine, I only enjoyed a couple, the rest were sometimes okay and sometimes just confusing, so yeah. I'm still not quite convinced with the recent trends of Indonesian author writing in English... most just fall short and I think we'd be better off with works done in Indonesian and then translated.

Seperti membaca puisi yang diposting oleh akun-akun Tumblr. Ilustrasi kebanyakan tidak sejalan dengan puisi yang ditampilkan.
Juga paling terpenting, daripada merasa bukunya puisi tentang jatuh cinta, berhenti mencintai dan mengulangi siklus yang sama, ini seperti sedang membaca catatan penulisnya tentang perjalanan cintanya.

Seriously, I feel like I'm reading it from a female POV. And those short poem does characterize a broken hearted person. Their words are brief, simple, and lead directly to the target.

I enjoyed some of the poetry in it because they really hit me so hard, but some of it just okay.
