Feb 8, 2022 · The rosette nebula is a relatively dim target (compared to a lot of other popular objects) and 1 second exposures probably simply aren’t enough for it unfortunately. Some people may have gotten something out of it, but I’d consider the rosette mostly out of the possibility for untracked targets.
