Apr 13, 2024 · This seems to be the only P365-380 caliber recoil spring from SIG, but I admit not be a P365 expert by a long shot. -.380 ammo seems to have a bit of variation between brands and models with .380 caliber guns having problems functioning, at least initially.

.380 +P ammo | SIG Talk
Jan 10, 2020 · Just curious if anyone has used .380 +P in their P238. I know Sig says their guns are +p approved if it the ammo is saami tested and only used occasionally. Since there is no .380 +P saami tested, but Underwood Ammo and Buffalo Bore offer .380 +P, has anyone tried it in their P380 strictly for defense ammo. Just curious.
P365 380 Speedloaders | SIG Talk
Jun 17, 2022 · Just picked up my new Sig P365 in .380. I tried using the included speed loader to fill up the two 10 round mags and it wasn't all that easy. I'm wondering if anybody with a .380 has found a really good aftermarket speed loader, and if you own it....how does it work? I'm hoping Speed Beeze with come up with a .380 version for the P365.

P365 9mm to .380 slide only conversion? - SIG Talk
Mar 16, 2023 · Sig has a conversion kit listed for $399.99 that also includes the grip frame and a single .380 10 round mag (plus the barrel/slide/recoil spring). Just seems like Sig is charging extra for a grip frame that really isn't needed to convert a 9mm P365 to .380.

Oct 29, 2023 · She sold it and got a 365 in .380 and has done very well with it - AFTER getting the Wilson grip module. She now also has a Canik in 9mm and has no problems with it, so I would say there is a definite difference in recoil between the SIG 365 in 9mm and the 365 in .380 - not just in recoil but in strength required to rack the slide to slide lock.
P365-380 and the XL Frame | SIG Talk
Dec 13, 2022 · I found a deal on the Sig P365XL frame and installed it on my P365-380. Here are my initial thoughts. It’s incredible easy to install. The retention pin popped out with no problems and I was able to swap the FCU in less than a minute. The whole job was done in less than five minutes. The stock 10 round mags are too short.

Jun 22, 2022 · So I guess it's safe to say that, despite all those comments on Underwood's website of people with the G42 and other guns using .380 ACP +P ammunition, from what I can tell reading the manuals for Glock (G42), SIG (P365-380 & P238), S&W (Shield EZ 380 & Bodyguard 380) and Ruger (LCP II or LCP MAX), none of these pistols are rated for .380 ACP …
