The sociopolitical crisis that started in 2016 has deteriorated overtime and has led to violent clashes between armed forces, killings, internal displacement and a growing atmosphere of fear, insecurity and incertitude. In late 2016, Anglophone Common Law lawyers and Teachers’ Trade Unions organized peaceful strikes across the two Anglophone regions to denounce among others, the systematic assimilation process of the Anglo-Saxon legal and education system into the Francophone system. According to them, the educational system is made up of two sub systems: the Anglophone subsystem of education based on the Anglo-Saxon model and the Francophone subsystem following the French model, and each must maintain its peculiarities. In response to the strikes, the government clamped down on the Common Law lawyers and Anglophone peaceful protesters who joined the protests to denounce the perceived marginalization and assimilation of Anglophones. By late 2017, the situation quickly degenerated into an armed conflict with Anglophone Non-state armed groups transforming the teachers’ strike into a school boycott campaign, shutting down education in most parts of the Anglophone regions. As a result, the education sector came under attack by the burning of schools and attacks on students, teachers, parents and education officials by Non-state armed groups. This situation has had devastating effects on the education sector as several hundreds of thousands of school children and students have been deprived of education since 2016. Ecological indicators such as total phosphorus, transparency and chlorophyll made it possible to assess the physico-chemical quality of the environment. Thus, mean total phosphorus values ranged from 970 to 1150 µg/L from station D7 to station D6. Minimum transparency values ranged from 0.1 to 0.5 m from station D7 to D3, and mean values ranged from 0.3 m (station D7) to 0.69 m (station D1). For chlorophyll a, mean values ranged from 3.52 µg/L to 12.98 µg/L from station D7 to station D2, with maximum values for this parameter ranging from 13.4 µg/L (station D7) to 46.73 µg/L (station D2). All of the stations on Dohou lake are therefore in an eutrophic state. The monthly variations in the different proportions of phytoplankton groups observed indicate a clear predominance of Cyanobacteria followed by Bacillariophyta. Sen argues, “Indeed the empowerment of women is one of the central issues in the process of development for many countries in the world today” Sen, 1999 2 . It is necessary not only for their own development but also for the development of the society and mankind as well. Women must be empowered in order to develop a household. Empowerment of women is also essential for establishing gender equality in the society. So, women empowerment is the call of the hour. The contributions of non governmental organizations NGOs and various women organizations in women empowerment movement cannot be ignored. Within this set of organizations, women self help group SHG is one towards empowering women. However, in reality, it is found that mere membership of women in SHGs is not a sufficient condition in empowering women, especially those women who belong to the marginalized section of society. There are many problems associated with it. Keeping this in view, the present study attempts to explore a research question Whether SHGs can be a factor in empowering women It is followed by another question Is there any problem associated with the SHGs Using a qualitative approach and in depth interview method, this study interviewed 50 women from two selected villages in the district of Nalbari Assam, India who have membership in SHGs. The study argues that being member to SHGs on the part of the women members is often guided by short term needs rather than long term plans restricting scope of SHGs to empower women. The method allows to avoid the cumbersome matrix calculus and higher \partial^{2j} order wave equations inherent to the Weinberg-Joos approach. We start with reducible Lorentz-tensor (tensor-spinor) representation spaces hosting one sole (j,0)+(0,j) irreducible sector and design there a representation reduction algorithm based on one of the Casimir invariants of the Lorentz algebra. This algorithm allows us to separate neatly the pure spin-j sector of interest from the rest, while preserving the separate Lorentz- and Dirac indexes. However, the Lorentz invariants are momentum independent and do not provide wave equations. Genuine wave equations are obtained by conditioning the Lorentz-tensors under consideration to satisfy the Klein-Gordon equation. In so doing, one always ends up with wave equations and associated Lagrangians that are second order in the momenta. Specifically, a spin-3/2 particle transforming as (3/2,0)+ (0,3/2) is comfortably described by a second order Lagrangian in the basis of the totally antisymmetric Lorentz tensor-spinor of second rank, \Psi\_[ \mu\nu]. Moreover, the particle is shown to propagate causally within an electromagnetic background. In our study of (3/2,0)+(0,3/2) as part of \Psi\_[\mu\nu] we reproduce the electromagnetic multipole moments known from the Weinberg-Joos theory. We also find a Compton differential cross section that satisfies unitarity in forward direction. The double crystallographic groups are required in the study of physical systems whose Hamiltonian includes spin-dependent terms. In the symmetry analysis of such systems, instead of the irreducible representations of the space groups, it is necessary to consider the single- and double-valued irreducible representations of the double space groups. The new section includes databases of symmetry operations (DGENPOS) and of irreducible representations of the double (point and space) groups (REPRESENTATIONS DPG and REPRESENTATIONS DSG). The tool DCOMPATIBILITY RELATIONS provides compatibility relations between the irreducible representations of double space groups at different k-vectors of the Brillouin zone when there is a group-subgroup relation between the corresponding little groups. The program DSITESYM implements the so-called site-symmetry approach, which establishes symmetry relations between localized and extended crystal states, using representations of the double groups. As an application of this approach, the program BANDREP calculates the band representations and the elementary band representations induced from any Wyckoff position of any of the 230 double space groups, giving information about the properties of these bands. Recently, the results of BANDREP have been extensively applied in the description and the search of topological insulators.}}, added-at = {2019-02-23T22:09:48.000+0100}, archiveprefix = {arXiv}, author = {Elcoro, Luis and Bradlyn, Barry and Wang, Zhijun and Vergniory, Maia G. and Cano, Jennifer and Felser, Claudia and Bernevig, B. We then impose on the SBCG coefficients constraints, which relate SBCG coefficients to their counterparts under complex conjugate and therefore restrict phases of SBCG coefficients. But the basic problem lies with establishment of new business in India, even though people are interested to work but the there's a deficiency in getting the initial investment. So in order cater the financial needs to the entrepreneurs the governments developed and introduced self help groups and also government directed banks and other financial institutions to provide micro finance to that self help groups. By making use of those funds they can fulfil their need of funds. SHGs introduced to empower rural women, who are not in a position to cater financial needs women in Prakasam District.
