Historically rooted in manual processes, procurement has transitioned to data-driven methodologies propelled by technological advancements. Key aspects include data collection from diverse sources, integration into centralized systems, and application of analytical techniques such as predictive analytics and descriptive analytics. These methodologies enable procurement professionals to gain insights into spending patterns, forecast demand accurately, optimize procurement strategies, and enhance supplier relationships. The importance of real-time reporting in procurement decision-making is highlighted, enabling timely adjustments based on up-to-date insights into market conditions, supplier performance, and operational metrics. Decision Support Systems (DSS) further empower procurement managers by synthesizing complex data sets, facilitating scenario analysis, and recommending optimal cost reduction and risk mitigation strategies. Supplier management benefits significantly from data-driven approaches, with criteria like quality performance, delivery metrics, and cost competitiveness being rigorously evaluated through data analysis. Risk management strategies leverage data to anticipate and mitigate supplier-related risks, ensuring continuity and resilience in supply chain operations. The implications for the future of procurement underscore the continued evolution towards predictive supply chain analytics, blockchain technology for transparency, AI-driven automation, sustainability initiatives, and enhanced supplier collaboration platforms. Since the fall of the Taliban regime in 2001, India has emerged as a pivotal player in Afghanistan’s reconstruction, contributing over 3 billion in development assistance. This comprehensive analysis examines Indias strategic interests in Afghanistan, the nature of its aid programs, and the impact of its projects on Afghan society. Key initiatives, such as the construction of the Afghan Parliament building, the Salma Dam, and the development of educational and healthcare infrastructure, are highlighted to showcase Indias commitment to fostering stability and growth in the region. The article also assesses the challenges faced by India, including security threats, regional rivalries, and political instability in Afghanistan. Through a thorough review of existing literature, policy documents, and field reports, this study aims to provide an in depth understanding of how Indias efforts have shaped the reconstruction landscape in Afghanistan and the broader implications for regional geopolitics. The findings underscore the importance of sustained international cooperation and the need for adaptive strategies to ensure long term peace and development in Afghanistan. However, the abundance of reviews and comments on this online platform presents a challenge for consumers trying to make optimal choices. This research focuses on systematically categorizing positive and negative reviews to enhance user decision making. To achieve this objective, a range of classifiers, including Multinomial Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, K Neighbors Classifier, and Support Vector Machine with different kernels, were employed. The dataset underwent thorough cleaning, followed by the application of Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency TF IDF with Principal Component Analysis PCA to enhance feature representation. The findings of this study indicate that the Multinomial Naive Bayes classifier, especially when utilizing Bigram and Trigram features, outperformed other classifiers, demonstrating superior accuracy. The implementation of this classifier holds significant promise for assisting businesses operating on various platforms, enabling them to distinguish between positive and negative reviews effectively. Consequently, this approach empowers businesses to furnish customers with valuable insights into the quality of products, contributing to a more informed and confident consumer base. The collected data was tabulated according to various parameters and the complete analysis was done with descriptive and inferential statistics. The study concluded that shows the comparison of overall pretest and posttest of knowledge score. The posttest knowledge mean score 2.8 , SD 2.0 is higher than the pretest knowledge mean score is 3.5 , SD 0.7 and t value = 7.5 obtained, which is highly significant at P=0.05 so the null hypothesis H0 is rejected and alternative hypothesis H1 is accepted. The effectiveness of the structured teaching programme. In pre test mean percentage knowledge score were 65.2 , and after providing structured teaching programme the post test mean percentage knowledge score were 78.1 . Considering knowledge, staff nurses were gained 12.9 of more knowledge than pre test. Hence the difference between of the pre test and post test in overall percentage of knowledge gain was 12.9 .hence STP was effective to improve the knowledge of staff nurses regarding ABG. The present work has explorated the potential role amentoflavone as an aldose reductase inhibitor through Docking Simulations. From these results this compound has shown excellent results with this enzyme with a high binding energy of -11 kcal/mol. If amentoflavone,a natural biflavonoid, proves effective in inhibiting aldose reductase, it could hold therapeutic promise for managing diabetic complications. However, it is crucial to emphasize that while computational studies offer valuable insights, experimental validation is essential to confirm the actual inhibitory effects and to establish the safety and efficacy of amentoflavone for this purpose. In particular, the coefficient of correlation between the concentrations of such substances in some cases reaches its nearly maximal value (0.99), combining with the high weights of neural network edges. This can be supposed to be due to the mechanical and chemical interactions in river flow with the participation of Van der Waals forces, hydration, and sorption. Other factors, not taken into account, can also have their effect, in particular those responsible for the fluctuations of the parameters of order, determining the singular contributions to the dynamic characteristics of the non-linear system under consideration. Such can be the cyclic oscillations of the characteristics under control with an amplitude decreasing with a decrease in the intensity of the pollution/self purification processes in water medium and increasing with an increase in this intensity.
