Booking Terms

At  booking cancellations or changes in terms of staying in the hotel, it is necessary to inform on it not later than 24 hours before arrival date.
At the confirmed and guaranteed booking during the period from 06.00 till 14.00 the payment is made for 50 % of a room rate for 1 day.
At settling in hotel during the period from 00:00 till 06.00 with the departure till 12:00 the payment is made for 1 day (with the provision of breakfast and fitness club visiting).
In case of cancellation of service less than one day before the chek-in  terms established in the contract, the CUSTOMER pays a fine of a daily cost of each reserved room and actual, confirmed by documents, expenses for the  additional ordered services(visa support, transfer, meals etc.) Placing of children under the age of 8 years in room with parents or relatives is made without additional payment and without extra bed (with the provision of breakfast and fitness club visiting). Children under the age of 3 years are provided with a cot.
Placing of children under the age of 14 years in room with parents or relatives is made with the provision of additional bed for an additional charge (with breakfast and a visit to a fitness club). I
