Porco is a porchetta sandwich bistro located in Montréal using a Snout to Tial approach. Respecting the Animal's welfare as mutch as the food they produce. Beginning as a casual pop-up at local festivals with minimal branding, when presented with the opportunity to open a restaurant, ownership chased an opportunity to evolve into something "hip", but also family-friendly with franchise potential. 

The idea that we did not hide the hide butchery process from the customer was important to the client. Porco made sure that their herd had the best life until the last. Needing to walk this fine line, we worked around a mascot "angel pig" that could encapsulate this mature concept and friendly tones. 

Deliverables include Branding + Identity, Decor + Exterior Consult, Print Collateral, Merchandise & Packaging.
