Please note we supply a chaperone with each booking FREE of CHARGE. The costumes are bulky, have limited vision and the person wearing can get very hot. It is the duty of thge chaperone to make sure the mascot arrives at the event on time, leads the mascot to avoid tripping and to arrange 10 minute breaks every 30 mins for water and cool down. On occasions, the mascot will perform without a chaperone but only after a risk assessment has been signed

Our chaperone will introduce the character/s to the kids, organise a photo shoot and any other activities you may wish to include. With your permission, we will post photographs on our facebook page available for free download.

Please be aware that the costumes are extremely hot to wear and movement is limited. However, our mascots will join in any pre-arranged games, dance, pose for photo shoots and sing happy birthday with a cake cutting video photographed by the chaperone.
